19' x 22' Green Rectangle Sun Shade Sail - UV Block Outdoor Pergola Cover with 3 Year Warranty | Patio, Garden, Poolside & Backyard Shade Solution

We purchased 6 (10’ x 30’) shades to put over a large garden arbor. The shades are a decent quality- for the price. I would not say easy to install because we had to buy a lot of extra hardware to install them ( they don’t come with anything to hang them). The many grommets around the outside of the tarps were handy. The grommets quality is questionable because one of them has already started to come out. We found they sag a lot in the middle once you’ve hung them, so we had to add extra support to hold them up. Once hung, we received many compliments on how nice they look.My problem came when returning 2 of the 6 shades I purchased. The poor customer service would make me not very likely to order from them again. The shades I returned were brand new and in perfect condition (I never even unfolded them) and well within the return window. I dropped them off at a UPS Store to ship them back to the seller (for a fee). Then I waited several days, but did not receive any refund. I contacted the seller through Amazon and received a refund for 1 of the 2 shades I returned. I contacted them again and they told me they were issuing the second refund amount. It’s been over 2 weeks since I returned the second shade and I still haven’t received my refund. Now I have to contact Amazon again and try to get my $284 back.N/AI can’t believe we could purchase this in the exact dimensions we needed!Very sturdy and well made.Our pool was 95 degrees and was miserable. We filled 6 huge flower pots with 150 pounds of concrete and then added metal polls. We then connected the tarp to the polls. The water is now 88 to 89 degrees which is awesome.The sun shade was the correct size. It provides the shade we needed for our pergola. The color was great. The only concern was the grommets did not line up on each side.I purchased a 14x30 that we would use for our back yard. Once we were able to install it the sail had a defect where it looked like it might have ripped in the past and they sowed it back together so its the first thing your eyes go to when looking at it. Also a few days after we installed it a storm blew in and the eyelets on the sail did not hold up and broke with the wind. Keep in mind not hurricane force winds, just a small afternoon heat storm. Very dissapointed. I would suggest looking somewhere else for something more heavy dutty.Added this to our little patio for child care and it provides excellent shade coverage especially on hot, sunny days!These are 11x 11 1/2 ft. There great and hold up great with the high winds we get here. I have this seller in my favorites.
